Online Group Pain Management Programme
This service is for people who are sick of going round and around in circles with their injury and are ready to try something new and make changes. They are sick of being reliant on others or their medications for pain relief and they want to get back to their old life again.

Live catch-up later in the week for Q&A/ discussion groups.
Community support group.
Optional 1:1 support at week 1,3,6.
Perfect For
If you’re someone who’s tried a lot of different treatments but nothing has seemed to work or given you long term relief, and you’re ready to try a whole new way of looking at your pain and exploring your situation together, this programme is for you.
Results to expect
We will work together to make a framework that works for you in your life. Have a plan and a strategy in place to support you in the eventuality that a flare up arises and tries to knock you off course. Become robust and resilient and rediscover that bounce back ability that you know is inside of you.
This program is for you if:
You have been living with pain or ongoing injury for at least 3 months.
You are open to online learning and attending group based learning via a video based platform like Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
You are able to commit 2 hours per week for 6 weeks to looking at ways you can support your health and wellness. (Ideally live, but will be recorded).
You are ready to take a proactive approach to your health. This is a done with you framework where we explore topics, educate each other and explore barriers to recovery together, then you will make some small but meaningful changes to your lifestyle to support your health. Essentially, in order to achieve the best results from this, you need to be prepared to take action and be open to potentially changing the way you think about and do things currently.
